How much is a Legionella Risk Assessment?

We will need more information to be able to give you a bespoke quote for your premises. For the most part, this includes the number of rooms that contain a water outlet (please note that a Plant/Boiler Room with a hot or cold water system and/or a Loft with a Cold Water Storage Tank, will need to be noted in the number of rooms).

Great question! We are a family run business which has been operating for 13 years. We have a wealth of experience, conducting Legionella Risk Assessments for a wide variety of business types, including large dental corporations with 65+ Practices.

Bespoke Schematic Water Drawing of the premise's water system
Bespoke Water Log Sheets
Written Scheme - please note that may companies now charge separately for this large document as it has been specified as a legal requirement, that each business has one physically on site. This always has, and always will be included within our price.
Following completion of the assessment, a detailed, online Zoom (or in-person at the time of assessment where time allows for both parties) Legionella Training for the Responsible Person, whereby they will receive an explanation of everything they need to know about Legionella specific to each premises. Should the Responsible Person change prior to our next visit in two-years time, we will repeat the training once again, free of charge. - please also note that most companies do not offer this training at all. With us, the training is included as part of our Legionella Risk Assessment package.
Ongoing telephone/email support for two years, whereby we are on-hand should you have any questions or need support (this is then renewed at the next assessment, which would be two years after the initial assessment). - again, please note that most companies do not offer this as part of their assessments, and if it is offered, it comes with an additional cost. With us, it's included.
